Troubleshooting

1. Check if your camera supports the Sony PlayMemories API

2. Download the latest firmware for your PlayMemories camera

3. Make sure that your Sony PlayMemories camera and the camera's Wi-Fi is on

4. Check if your iPhone's WiFi is connected to your Sony PlayMemories camera

5. Try restarting and reconnecting your Sony PlayMemories camera

6. Terminate and restart the app
